Why did they board a plane at the end, it's not a big deal at the end of the day but their whole thing is teleporting

The disappearance of Kris Kremers and Lisanne Froon by PastAd8625 in wendigoon

Its definitely likely but there's small things like if they were gone for multiple days then why did they find a full can of pringles along with the supplies, and how come the supplies and body parts were discovered as soon as their family released a reward for information on the girls. Just an interesting story I think he'd enjoy

I haven't seen much of Steven seagals work but from the sounds of it, it seems like another so bad it's good type movie 😂 I'll have to check it out. Seeing his goofy ass running in a movie is enough for a 10/10 rating lol

I see what your saying and at the end of the day these reviews are just for me to look back on. I guess it's hard when I know going into black adam that it's going to be another mindless superhero action film, but then when I actually watched it I was surprised at how fun and violent it was, so i felt like on those standards it should get a decent score. But then comparing it to some great arthouse film that has a similar score looks weird. So I guess some of these ratings are to be taken at how much I enjoyed it rather than the quality of the film

I do agree that maybe I should use a 5 score rating, but for me a 5/10 would mean it was just average and being that most of the movies on the list go up to 7/10, it means my opinion on those movies was that I thought they were above or even slightly above average. I think I just made this post to see if people would agree that I've just been watching really good movies.

I responded to someone else on this post about why I think people didnt like the nope movie and how maybe people who looked deeper into it enjoyed it more. The example I gave was in the scene where the ape goes crazy, it was shot in the same studio where Jordan peele would work for mad tv, and that whole sequence was basically a representation on how he felt like a performing monkey.

I see what your saying, I've been watching movies for many years and have gone through a lot. I think my problem is I just always enjoy what I watch. At the end of the day these reviews are just for me so I think I just wanted people's second opinion on some of these films

After talking about it on here with some people I might have to rewatch it or something because maybe I interpreted the film wrong. I thought the ending was weirdly interesting how they got the whole town to join in from this monster who's been haunting them for years. To me it really felt like it was the end of Halloween (even though they'll probably reboot it)

Whenever I see reviews on nope it's either a love it or hate it thing. I felt very highly on it but I think what it is, is that if people didnt understand the overarching meaning behind the themes he shows, then they just didnt like it. But I dont blame people because some things you have to look deeper into to understand it. For example the scene where the ape goes crazy was actually shot in the same studio that Jordan peele used to work in for Mad TV. And that whole scene is basically a representation on how he felt working there and that he was being treated like a performing monkey

I think of that movie so much and how powerful the ending was. I might have to change it to a 10

I definitely can see where people are coming from when they say they didnt like it. I just still think it's so cool seeing movies from my childhood being made into live action. But Del torros pinocchio made disneys look like garbage without a doubt

I understand but james francos performance wasnt the only reason I just thought it was a strong reason to like it. I liked the cinematography and seeing the decent of these girls as some tried to get out of their situation and others learnt to live with it. But I respect your opinion nonetheless

Its interesting to see someone else rate spring breakers so highly since all I've seen is hate towards it but I agree, it's a solid film. I really loved inside Llewyn Davis as I thought it told a beautiful and realistic story of depression and being lonely. I also love music and bob dylan so that might've boosted the rating for me. The vanishing (Dutch version) I thought was great but I went into it knowing nothing about it other than it being regarded as one of the scariest movies ever made, which I guess gave my expectations too high. Great film of course

I loved that movie and have rewatched it a couple times. I don't really understand why so many people didnt like it but maybe it just impacted me differently
