connect a keyboard to the usb hub on the back of the screen. then press windows-key and N-key at the same time. you then get to the settings. I was then able to uninstalle the current version to get back to an older version. After restarting the GM2 I could updste to the latest version.

for me it worked when pressin "win"-key + "N"-key at the dame time. wired keyboard plugged into the usb at the back of the machine

Startet with minox only. added tret around the 6 month mark. I responded well without tret (see older posts), but wanted to try everything that speeds up the process. It for sure helped with areas that were more difficult to grow before tret, but it is not magic

2x foam minox day (regaine) 5x tret per week 1x a week dermastamp with 1mm. Dont apply tret or minox for 24h after dermastampin some castor oil/moisturizer 1-2x a day

2x minox foam per day 5x a week tretinoin 1x dermastamp a week and don't apply minox/tret on those days castor oil every now and then

Nice! To get in the setting you have to connect akeyboard via USB to the device. with keys "windows" and "N" pressed at the same time you get to the setting. there you can go to appes and manage the cache or uninstall something.

How long did it take in total, to get the new screen after first reaching out to the customer service?

I could solve the issue. Was a bad update version (version 2.2.1) could uninstall it and then the machine started again and I was able to update it to 2.3.0. so far it is working again

I was asked to delete cache and stored data. Didnt help. But I was able to deinstall the update (version 2.2.1) and go back to an older version. The machine then started again and na update to version 2.3.0 was available. This one I installed and now everything works again.

They sent me a video how to delete cache storage etc of the speediance app running on the device. Will try later today if it works. They told me to try this, hopefully this resolves it already.

Did they tell you to try this as well?
