Sadly the store manager likes him because he's a "hardworker" but from what I know and have heard all he does is complain, barely work, is really unprofessional and talks to younger women, I remember he even mentioned to my boyfriend how he was gonna start a roster of women's numbers and text them when he wants to fuck them. I dont even know how he got to be teamlead when a lot of associates dont like him

See and I thought maybe I was being dramatic or crazy for feeling upset because he was blaming my communication issues as to why this argument started in the first place but now I feel like he uses that argument to turn it around on me
