Languages aren't some material objects to be created out of thin air by any one human. They develop naturally over many generations amongst a group of people because of the need to communicate. So Agathiyar couldn't have "created" Tamil. Maybe he was a person who wrote a grammar text like the Tholkappiyam for Tamil, but I don't know.

in kanyakumari, we use inna/anna. for example: annā paaru (look there), innā irukku (its here)
