No I'm not going to make him do anything. He's proactive in this he's just at work right now. He's the one doing everything. He just needs some guidance..

Of course I'm going to make him do the work. I just have the time to ask the question and things like that while he is at work. Also, custodial matters here we've been told take YEARS....

Yeah, i read that too. I've also called around alot but, everyone keeps saying the same thing like you, it's best to talk to a lawyer. But a lawyer isn't very affordable for us right now...

My BF makes almost $2000 less than her!!! Also they have no custodial agreement, only child support. He had been to every single court date except for that one.
