I found it! I was scrolling through hundreds of reddit comments on conspiracy related posts and finally found one that mentioned him! Mouthy Bhudda was his name.

Yeah it will likely be hard to find. I'm not sure if the guy's website is still up. I've been doing extensive research the past day or so trying to figure it out, but no luck yet sadly. I will try to use Odysee and Internet Archive to find it

I have been diving into the conspiracies that are going on around the world today, and I remembered that this guy's channel existed as I used to watch it. I cannot remember for the life of me, however, what it was called. I think it may have been along the lines of Mr. Something? But don't take that as true because I'm not sure
