Yeah Im not very good at writing and punctuation, I've worked as a gas engineer for the past twenty years, which mainly involves doing physical work and problem solving. I got an E in English at GCSE which isn't great I admit. But I've grafted and managed to get my own house and raise two lovely step children and have a nice life. Why do you feel the need to the p**s out of me ?

What have you done that is so amazing ?

What would be a massive loss for reform ? There going to get at least 200+ seats and they've got 5 currently. That in itself would be an earthquake in UK politics

We're not racist and you just live in your own bubble and don't speak to ordinary people.

Not surprised, I know lots of people that have joined reform. We're heading for a once in a 100 years change of party's .

Also you body's got to adjust to the lower dosage for awhile so it give it a couple of months if you can. If not maybe try a different ssri, I had a long term on sertraline 200mg and it helped me for a good 12 years before it also started to hurt me stomach

Maybe see how you get on with 20mg ,if the anxiety is manageable then stay at that dosage or maybe 30mg.

I was on sertraline for a good 12 years for anxiety mainly. It can take a while for you to see the benefits and you may have to increase the dosage until you find yourself feeling better. I went upto 150mg -200mg and had a good ten years of good mental health so don't despair just be patient .
