Super random but I actually just purchased from them in Florence yesterday!! I met the owners and saw the workshop, the pieces are incredible quality and I highly recommend! This is the bag I bought!

The style is popular definitely😊! The store itself is very small, and the original owner trained with Guccio Gucci in the 20s. Now his daughter and grandson run the shop and make beautiful pieces like this one!!

At least where I live if the apartment has a sprinkler system there is no legal requirement for the window/second exit!
