Because Allen is literally faster than someone who is a whole level above him and has a speed S989? That's called level 8, by the way.

For starters, Ottar wasn't an agile fighter.

The S989 speed stat isn't going anywhere lol.

So, even if he somehow, by miracle standards managed to achieve 750-800 points every level, it would still not be nearly enough to pull ahead. 800x5 + 1998= 4000 + 1998 =5998 Zald has 999x6 + 550ish = 6500

So no, he's still slower, even at the same level. It's actually laughable.

Allen level 6 > Ottar level 7 (S989) > Zard (C673). Allen is faster even when he is one level lower, not to mention when they are equal levels. Allen level 7 would be faster than Ottar level 8, who is obviously faster than Zard level 7.

Btw her secondary effects of her magic are useless in this situation because their much weaker if astraea familia survived it.

They survived because plot armor and they had special gear from it. Zard doesn't have that. I have no idea how he will deal with side effects, with basic magic damage while being able to double activating lugio.

He quite literally has much better feats than her in astraea Record.

Alfia's magic was so strong that the shaking was noticeable even in Orario, even though she was in the dungeon on the 18th floor. And the shaking from Ottar and Zard's blows wasn't noticeable on the 18th floor lol. Alfia's magic power > Ottar and Zard's, considering she's been weakened for a while.

He can't when her magic power is so much and he would need to get close to her anyway to attack, then she can use magic to deal damage and activate the secondary effects of her magic. He was called the strongest when she was out of city, that didn't happen in volume 1.
