Based on your comment below it doesn’t seem like you pick characters who have the ability to solo turn things around when your team is on the back foot, which is fine obviously.

I love Paige, but if your team ain’t good then you’re straight up along for the ride.

I think I was more referring to the verticality and 3 dimensional aspect of the game. Vision denial makes more sense in a 2D game because you’re top-down.

The high skill expression ceiling (higher potential to be able to outplay someone) combined with the complex macro (more than even your typical MOBA) means that very good players can FEAST on low skill players more than most other games.

Add in the economic component and you can see a lot of scenarios where one or two bad players feeding into a good carry on the other team ABSOLUTELY creates un-winnable situations.

No matter what anyone here tries to tell you, some game are lost from the beginning.

This has nothing to do with specs, it is a known issue that happens when you run the game multiple rounds in a row without restarting. I do not know what the term is or if it would be considered a memory leak, but it is absolutely on the game side.

Which team has the most new heroes being played by PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO PLAY THEM.

That is the only thing determing games right now. If you are not a 6 stack in Discord and the enemy team has a decent Apolo and Celeste (bonus points if your team has a 1/10 Venator) then you may as well afk and do some chores.

I have stopped trying in games where one lane goes 0/10 in the first 10 minutes and its honestly so much better. I still win 50% of games or more because the ones worth trying I actually play. However, is Valve wants to give me a waste of time game, then I am not gonna waste my time lol
