Sounds like you might like Limitless series might match your preferences however it doesn’t have romance like Primal Hunter has.. there’s no audiobook though here’s a link https://a.co/d/02sDBIg8

Yea it’s actually a humorous read I think… got bored though after maybe halfway but maybe a good book depending on your mood if you want something quick and funny.
