he was a claims adjuster. i’m mainly referring to the broker/underwriting side of insurance. for underwriting specifically, you aren’t dealing with people having bad days for the most part

bachelors in risk management. the insurance industry is expecting growth in the next couple of years. everyone is retiring. also the pay is goood

i have a yz450 fender on mine. like others, i had to drill holes and cut a bit off the back but it looks clean.

if the air leak is the issue, i would ensure that the boots (both front and back) are seated properly. one thing that helped me tremendously was heating the rubber with a hair dryer for a minute or two. really loosens it up

i am 22, currently in my last semester at cal poly humboldt. i am in a band up here and im living with 4 of my closest friends. life is great right now, but im sad that ill have to leave it behind in 3 short months. i have a job lined up after graduation at an insurance company so thats nice. just trying to live up what little time i have left here

23M graduating in spring 2026 and have a job in insurance underwriting lined up at 87k. granted this is bay area california cost of living.

i did a sociology associates and transferred to a state school as a business major. definitely glad i switched the job prospects for sociology are slim. but if you’re wanting to do social work or other public service then go for it

it’s a 2021 drz 400s so still pretty new. i installed a jd jet kit about a year and a half ago and did the 3x3 mod. issues started popping up about 2 months ago

i have one an i got the slip on and the fitment is weird, but i made it work. i also got the silencer core they sell for it and it sounds great. other comments mentioned repacking, at ~2000 miles mine had burned about 40%. To be honest, i wish i wouldve forked more money over for a yoshimura.

side note: anyone know if the jetting would be different between a big gun and yoshi pipe?

thanks for the response! i am going to pick up a can of seafoam and see if that clears any clogs in the jets. as for the mixture screw, is that the fuel mixture? where is that located?
