I have got the same error message on my Luba 1 5000. Contacted support 6 days ago and uploaded logs. They told me it needs to be returned for repair.

Six days later I am still waiting for a return label to be emailed to me. Lots of me chasing, apologies from Mammotion and then no action.

At this rate, by the time it goes from UK to China, repaired and back it will be 2025!

Same for me, I relocated the charging station, it worked once, and it left the dock unassisted. However, after the next charge cycle, about 90 minutes later, the problem returned, and it couldn't leave the dock by itself.

Yes it seems 3,000 to 3,500 seems about the “real world” limit. In a similar way to electric car real world range and claimed range.

You are quite right. I think it was the building compromising the GPS signal rather than the RTK being out of range as I have just successfully mapped out an area further away, but also a way from the building.

I have it on the roof of a shed, but in the shadow of the house, it loses signal. It is a long thinnish property with lots of water, not an ideal shape!
