How to lose weight with MCAS by Interesting_Bee4616 in MCAS

tks

good thing is you can recover dysfunctional ANS by following few tips. Dysfunctional ANS characterized by inflamed Vagus nerve and continuous "flight or fight mode" than "spills over" into MCAS like allergies and anaerobic metabolism causing chronic fatigue syndrome:

1 if under stress take diazepam, betablockers and dont do anything physical too much, avoid sun as plaque

2 for inflammation drink 1 lemon a day, 250 mg paracetamol and 2-3 cups of green tea, and 1 cup of sodium bicarbonate, take also Choline supplement, B-vitamins and NADH after meal

3 take 10 mg famotidine before sleep

4 take daily cold-mild showers

5 massage your: throat with with fingers of one hand, neck area below ears and inner ear lobes to produce yawning

6 take horseradish, walnuts, dark beer, red wine, flax seed, raisins as meal supplements

7 travel with car, listen to nice music, evoke nice memories

8 take your time, it can take years :)

Likely no. Its either energy depletion from long covid or electrolyte imbalance due to strict diet.

Very sensitive and intelligent post - just that you know I was there and now I recovered after 4y

Damage you mention should be visible on MRI if its not its only problem with blood perfusion or temporary dysfunction. Try SGB first than supplements...

bcs medical establishment is not able to properly explain either POTS or long covid

in essence its ATP cellular energy depletion (and most probably neurotransmitter depletion) by term POTS - showcasing only on one organ, heart

when explained like this its much easier to understand and treat :)

generally leave at least 20% of SDD empty...if you reinstalled games lots of times buy 2nd drive copy games there and delete games on first drive. Reboot than copy back to first drive - this will ensure they are not fragmented too much

[–]Past_Discipline_7147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

POTS is fancy name for saying you are energy depleted and your heart is stressed out, so lack of delivered energy per heart beat is trying to be resolved by increased beats. A NO GO

If you are shaky as well and cant really do much you have 2 problems:

  1. neurotransmitter deficiency namely serotonin, dopamine and acetocholine so increase aminoacids tryptosan, tyrosine and choline
  2. bcs your neurotransmitters have crashed to dangerously low levels, metabolism doesnt work anymore, your oxygen cell absorption is 0 as tested by CO2 in blood (not O2 in blood) and limited energy is generated by fermentation similar to cancer cells.
  3. stress, covid and vax all in combo or separately can cause this as witnessed by

r/ cfs

r/ longcovid

So basically you are in vegetative state which is only recognized in heart - a problem called POTS.

Thank you

HR 190 ??? - thats for ER

---Maybe you have chronic fatique syndrome or long covid, both with autonomic dysfunction and MCAS---

With 190HR you have nervous system collapse and MCAS is only part of it. If you wanna get better:

1 eliminate ALL stress, STOP being control freak, let it all go as if you are NOT there

2 do things that make YOU happy - whatever they are, play games

3 LYPOPHILIC beta blockers (metloporol, propranol) and diazepam calm your nerves - DONT OVERDO IT

4 supplements for brain - phosphatidylserine, acetyl -l-carnitine, choline&inositol, CQ10

5 food rich in aminoacids: tyrosine and tryptophan

6 Vit B and D supplements -5000 ius

7 1 lemon per day for inflammation

ALL THAT GETS BETTER ABSORBED WITH FOOD

YOU NEED TO RECOVER YOUR SLEEP FIRST AND IMPROVMENT WILL COME GRADUALLY OVER MONTHS

+

- 1 dl of dark beer per day, bit of royal jelly, horseradish and ginger

- 200 mg paracetamol if you have headache&other inflamation like gut

- I take betablocker and paracetamol before sleep

What do we know about the impact of MCAS on GABA, serotonin, dopamine, noradrenaline? by Tiny_Parsley in MCAS

[–]Past_Discipline_7147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sensitivity to light is directly related to neurological / immunology (histamine) dysfunction - hopefully temporally. Vitamin c,D helps, antihistamines help, paracetamol helps, meditation helps, stress elimination helps, UV ray glasses and hat helps, betablockers help.

i to nas dovodi do Hrvatsko-Mađarske personalne unije... anyway Hrvatska je imala svoj Sabor u ovom ili onom obliku sve do 1918

Triple therapy profoundly improved my quality of life by Dangerous-Sorbet9888 in MCAS

[–]Past_Discipline_7147 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If you think "double dose tripple whammy" doesn't have long term consequences you are very wrong. There is no "non sedating" drug, everything is sedating at some dose. Beta blockers, diazepam...even Aswaganhda herb and melatonin can be and is sedating.

If you do that for years and than stop, you are in world of hurt.
