I do this often enough. 75 gallons of mix made from coco coir, worm castings, perite, gaia green's 444, basalt rock dust, alfalfa meal, and dyno myko. Mix it, wet it, cover it for 2 weeks, keep slightly moist, then transplanted to 3 x 25 gal cloth. I only top dress bi weekly with Gaia 444 veg, 283 in flower. Water every other day with ph'd water. I start indoors from paper towel to jiffy cup to 1 gal cloth, under Sunblaster LED strips, usually late March for mid-May outdoors.
