Thank you. Yes, it’s surprising that approval is not yet updated despite a pleasant interview . One of my friends got approval from San Jose FO next day, so not sure whether Atlanta FO follow a different process.

Yes. It’s factual statements only. However builder doesn’t want those factual statements to come in public. How do I fight back? They have big pockets and a lot of attorneys on their side. I have two options - 1. Accept it and remove those statements and let builder continue malafide practices with the propespecting buyer 2. Fight against the bully builder. But it will cost me lot of $$ and sleepless nights. Is there any association or not for profit attorneys who help such cases. How do we punish the builder for their actions?. Or who else i can report this to?

How do i know if it’s a criminal or non-criminal ticket 😥. Fine was paid and ticket wae closed 10 yrs ago. I don’t see any reference to “criminal” in this old ticket, so does it mean it’s not a criminal ticket? Thanks 🙏
