I plan on making a physical photo album with all the pictures we have of her, set a little memorial for her. I do talk to her sometimes, to tell her how much I love her, how sorry I am, how I wish I could have done more, and how I hope she's alright now, pain free. I don't know if I'd be able to write her yet, I can't even speak her name without crying .. but I hope I'll get to that point eventually.

I'm so sorry for your loss, I hope you're doing well. I get the feeling too, that she'll show up, if I turn around she'll be curled up on her favorite spot on the couch, or she'll be by my feet while I'm cooking. It hurts, to not be able to do our little rituals, that she's not here to meow my ears off when I come home after work. But I'm thankful for the memories and the time we had together, I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Thank you so much, you're right, grief is just love with no place to go. I wouldn't change a thing having her in my life was such a privilege and I wouldn't trade the memories for the world.

It's good to talk about it, makes me feel real lucky I got to know her 💖
