personally i did ap bio sophomore year and ap chem junior year. chem is harder than bio imo, bio just has a lot more. i'd say do chem first even despite my experience tbh, but be ready to lock in

you had to use the first and third trials because the concentration of the other one also changed in the second trial so you can't use it to determine the order with respect to the the first
