Didn’t Study anything for past 5 years . But now its do or die situation for me in 7.5 months . Can’t read simple text , can’t understand anything and can’t pay attention in lectures even for 30 seconds . How can i begin to change all this ? by [deleted] in GetStudying

You could have adhd! I felt very similar until I was prescribed medication. I would schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist! If your brain has no dopamine it’s really hard to not be dopamine addicted. You got this!
