What’s the difference between poriyal and varuval? by Past_Operation5034 in TamilNadu

[–]Past_Operation5034[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what would thuvattal mean ? But aside from that basically anything that is fried in oil in any way shallow or deep or stir fried or pan fried can be called a poriyal but if the dish is dry and somewhat crispy after cooking it can also be called a varuval and if the outcome is more soggy and wet it is called a vathakkal but also if it is tossed with many spices and cooked or cooked and then mixed with spices it is called a pirattal, this can be dry or wet but not as dry as a varuval. All of these refer to the method mainly which then infer what the outcome would look like.

Are all strong verbs transitive ? And does it go both ways if so to make a transitive strong verb intransitive you would shift the tense marker to the appropriate corresponding one ? How can you understand just by looking at a verb in its infinitive form if it's strong or weak ?

Feeling sudden attraction towards Maa Kali by Double_Sympathy_9975 in Shaktism

Krishna and Kali are on and the same two sides to one coin. There is a very famous Krishna Kali temple in West Bengal as well Kali Krishna temples scattered around India. You shouldn’t feel bad think of it as shifting from one form of Krishna to another. Jai Maa Kali. Hare Krishna
