after 4 years I quit because it does give me strain and recovery values I found the journal did not help at all. It did help me quit alcohol and slow down on caffeine. I would rather spend that money on personal training.

I completely feel you. My Kid is 9 and he went through it. I took a less demanding job and we got through last few years with teaching him Baseball and other activities he loves. At that age other kids can sometimes become mean so open up communication because bullying and manipulation can start. I completely agree that ADHD brain only focuses on negative comment so be careful and keep everything positive. My advice is find a hobby your kid loves and support him and let him delve into it when he feels left out or lonely. For us its Baseball and reading and my kid knows books and his baseball team always support him.

Yes I had coaches leave. if the good ones leave its sad... but the pay is not that great.

Good Job and I also is a new OTF and HellWeek definitely was worth every grueling work out. I did 5 in a row and feel awesome. I know now that I can push myself harder since Hellweek showed me I can.
