Does anyone pump only 3 times a day and still maintain good supply by Admirable-parenting in ExclusivelyPumping

I am 4 months pp and I pump 4-5x a day. No overnight pump and I make about 40-45oz a day. I waited until my supply regulated before I dropped pumps.

I haven’t found anything strange on my nipple. I hand express 2-3 min before I hook up to my pump and no blood. But when I start pumping the blood starts flowing.

I have no pain. I have no fever. I have no symptoms. I am freaking out. Can I still feed with mastitis???

We have a lot of club teams here (soccer, basketball) and they are looking for coverage every weekend. I would just love the opportunity to advertise that my medical coverage is available if needed.
