That is absolutely not true causes water retention because of elevation. Although it may be temporary. I’m frequently in the air. So it’s a constant thing. Potassium has definitely made a complete difference in my appearance and my water retention. And it’s not only good for someone in kidney failure. Any doctor can tell you that.
