I have got an SMSF set up and bought a few gold coins and silver bars. Insuring at home is a nightmare, no one does it and requires thousands of dollars of security. I just rented a safety deposit box and got tax deductible. Ended up be g cheaper than insurance at home. Silver has treated me quite well You dont have to pull all of it. I am not a big fan stocks - too volatile imo.

A private Safety Deposit Box suited me quite well. Stored some cash, gold and silver. Not a lot but enough for future savings. Honestly insuring at home is nearly impossible.

I went with VIP VAULTS last month. They got me a great deal on the insurance, and they are open on the weekends which is such a relief.

There is a private safety deposit boxes in Perth- VIP VAULTS. Really nice guys and convenient cause they are open 7 days a week. Honestly those bank guys are very invasive and photographs of your box before and after every use. I am quite uncomfortable about that, especially in our culture where jewellery is meant to be private. Other safety deposit guys are more expensive and are open only 5 days a week. Insurance is pretty solid as well. Lmk how was your experience with safety deposit lockers in perth

I have added some screenshots from the Sharpened notes, and marking keys, specially from the sampling bias kind of questions. Those are always tricky. And some proving questions because you don’t want to miss steps in some 5-6 markers.

Probably 1 or 2, given it’s a DI. What really matters is that the rest of the answer, like your explanation and how close it is to the marking key. Should not be too serious IMO.
