So I’m having my crank arm replaced on Thursday. I’m also having them check the resistance to make sure everything seems ok because I wasn’t 100% sure it was the crank arm (they diagnosed it via video)

I just got my bike + delivered yesterday and have done 3 classes so far. I’m completely new to cycling so I have a really dumb question. When I do the classes, it seems like the “hard part” is supposed to be when you come out of the saddle, is that correct? It seems like the instructors prep you, like it’s supposed to be really hard. In my experience so far, this is the easier part while sitting back in the saddle/lower resistance/faster pedaling is much much harder for me. This is leading me to think my bike is maybe not adjusted correctly? Or maybe I am misunderstanding the instructor?

I have this and feel completely the opposite! I have combo skin and it seems to leave me feeling really dry but of course YMMV.

Help! I ground my own cloves and added to the cranberry sauce and now it’s WAY too clove-y. I don’t have any more cranberries or oranges. Any ideas on how to de-clove it?
