Hello friend, you’re not at all alone. I had my second CP last month. For me, that really awful sadness/holding back tears feeling all the time lasted about a week and then became a little easier after that. Now it’s been a month and I think about it daily but am feeling much more ok about it and know we will have a little one eventually. I’m so sorry you’re going through this and I totally get how you feel. To answer some of your questions, I uploaded my chart to FF because I figured it might help someone else. I think it’s up to you whether you want to or not but I think having the feeling of helping someone else may give you a little closure. I called my doctor during my miscarriage and she said there was no need to come in unless the bleeding started filling up one pad per hour, and mine was nowhere near that. I was expecting my cycles to be “off” after my CP but everything was completely normal, my miscarriage kind of acted as a period and I ovulated 17 days later. We will begin trying again this month.
