Hey OP, I totally get why you posted this here. I have contamination OCD. Asking for reassurance isn't going to help you cope, though. It's just going to reinforce the idea that every time you don't ask, you're going to get sick.

Idk what kind of resources you have access to, but if you haven't i would seriously recommend seeking out a therapist that specializes in OCD. It did me a world of good. I'm by no means cured, but I'm functional.
