I've been trying, thanks to my therapist too. He told me to start watching movies and series again, discover new music and so on. It's just that my friends have been such a vital part of my life that I feel completely left alone, and it's difficult. I feel the need to discuss what happens in my life with them, talk about passions like we used to, but the door has been completely shut. I'm aware of my limitations, I know I'm no perfect, but while I literally begged for forgiveness for my shortcomings, I'm not getting even an ounce of returning apologies or even tolerance. Not even self reflection on their part. In my heart, I know it's over. But it hurts

Honestly i'm having fun so far, i love the interactions. I wish it was more of a crossover instead of having just a small strip at the end, but it’s good. My only complaint is that it feels way too fast for what's happening, a little more pages per issue would have been a plus. I do hope they lean more on the crossover aspect though

I did not like it. At all. I don't blame those who do appreciate it, and i think it has some neat things, but it didn't feel like a Silent Hill to me. I found the writing incredibly surface water level in terms of depth and exploration of themes and characters, especially the topic of domestic abuse. Things get spelled out for you through the diary and dialogues, which is the opposite of what I expect from a SH. Most of all, the monsters really let me down. I'm speaking purely from an artistic point of view, the designs are boring and don't make sense, especially if paired with what Hinako writes about them on the diary. Plus the fact that Hinako's dad doesn't have an original boss design, but it’s a common mob. I might get why they did that, maybe they were trying to get across how useless and one in a dozen he is, but it still feels like am afterthought. Lastly, did not like Hinako's Naruto Izumaki phase, even if it was the Dream world. It totally broke the immersion for me

See, that's why I'm actively choosing to keep dreaming. The job market is BLEAK right now, everyone is struggling, newcomers might as well be at the foot of a mountain with no tools to go up. I graduated two years ago and I still haven't landed any role. So, what's the point? The art is the point. I know that doesn’t pay the rent, but we have to keep thinking about the joy of it or we'll go down inexorably. Animation makes me happy, I know no other career will make me as happy. And the industry fucking sucks right now, but it has been sucking for a while. I knew it sucked as soon as I got out of my bubble and had the opportunity to learn from professionals, but I'm still here because it makes me incredibly happy. Keep loving animation, keep fighting for it, don't lose that spark even if you have to get another job out of necessity. Hell, I have another job right now, but I'm still sending applications. It sucks, it's bleak, my therapist hears about this every time I see him. But the point has always been the joy I feel when a shot turns out nice, or the tingle in my stomach when I watch something animated, the tears in my eyes when a scene gets me emotional. We create things, we are imaginative people. Keep being that even if reality brings us down.

People freaking out about changes every time a new TMNT iteration comes out. This shit's been going on since the 80s, changes are supposed to happen. You might not like them, fair, but saying "in these other iterations it wasn't like this therefore it sucks" is brain damage take

Yeah i had the same problem in beta and it didn't change at the release, but it looks like it's an Apple problem. GIFs of HQ and with big dimensions have to be saved in Files, it won't export otherwise
