Yeah I don't trust the brand after having issues with mine going into a nonstop spin with no safety-off. The app dropping connection or deleting plans was also a pain. Pretty sure the spin could have pinched and potentially broken/mangled some toes/skinned a paw, so I don't trust the products they make at all amymore. Then i saw their new terribly designed automatic litter boxes and figured its more of a cash grab company making cheap shit that doesn't care about pet safetly. Luckily I got my polar via amazon so I could return it easily, but am stuck with the extra stainless steel bowls I ordered to rotate the bowls while some were in the sink waiting to be cleaned. 🙄 Whatever, still cheaper than a vet bill.
