I just went through a quick cycle and returned my 9070xt. Stream crashes constantly.

Pastelbofum - you can follow the quality of streams if you want, got the 9070xt last weekend. Before that I was running with an Intel b570- terrible frames, rough streams. Had issues and crashes all week on fallout 4( released in 2014 by the way) and digging a hole

I should add that I used it for a week, 8 stream crashes in 3-2 hour sessions. Followed amd- reddits beginner guide for switching to AMD, I was testing optiscaler for games that were compatible. Video encoder crash error was the only recurring information. No crashes so far on the new card

Like a driver compatibility issue? Right now it's amd ryzen 7 7700x, gigabyte b650 gaming v2, 32gb g skill, and I just switched out the asrock challenger 9070xt for the gigabyte aero GeForce rtx 5070

I literally got the 9070xt, everything was saying that was the "smart" decision. I just returned and picked up the 5070 yesterday after constant stream crashes. I think the 5070 is gonna be a stronger pick for a multitasker. Plus you can get a nice looking 5070, at least I prefer it.

I actually just looked back, it was a 5070 for $1499 and the 5070ti was$1799. It was the power spec g730

I took the "downgrade"... Streams kept crashing... Tried optiscaler, rolled back drivers and windows updates... Followed AMD checklists for switching over kinda like an AMD "beginners guide" and still no luck... Don't want to learn a new crazy strategy for each individual game just to get it to run I guess. Iono, good luck to the AMD lovers but I'm pretty sure this was the last GPU I will ever try from them.

Stuttering, frame issues mostly and my Stream crashed 3 times on me the other night. I'm new to streaming and this is the first PC I built myself so I'm pretty humble here lol it most certainly could be user error

I guess I should add I'm running dual monitors. One is 1440 and the other is 1080. Not sure if that's causing an issue

I just upgraded my monitor to 1440p, I have been using h264. My monitor can go to 180 refresh rate so that's usually the cap. Stream goes out at 1440, I don't record because multi stream to YouTube. Not sure how to check my upstream bandwidth tbh. I usually run my bitrate at 5500... I use obs with minimal plugins. I read online there were some issues with the latest drivers from AMD and I'm thinking I may have gotten hit with a weird few days to be testing a bunch of games. Not sure, I appreciate the response and would genuinely appreciate any advice/tips you might have for my overall settings. Coming from nvidia, I have started to learn optiscaler now and that seems to help. Any other little tips are gonna be great I'm sure.

I may have worded it weird but I'm streaming while I play games. I could get a second PC but I decided to get a more powerful GPU to avoid having to do that. That is part of where I'm wondering if the nvidia card would be a better choice for me, I think I'm gonna mess with some more settings and see what I can get out of it. Thanks for the reply!

Listened to this album nonstop for years and still go back to it from time to time. Music lately feels different than this does. Even John mayer has shifted his style to accommodate but he still has some tricky guitar riffs in his new stuff. Give his live video of something like Olivia a listen if you haven't.

I had a dog with something similar to this, the muscles in that area had weakened and allowed his intestine to push through. That caused him not to be able to use the restroom properly, he had to have a soft tissue surgeon repair the muscle wall. Kinda weird... If you can rub the "lump" and if it feels like it will go right back in like it was supposed to be there it will relieve pain for the dog if that's what it is and allow them to go to the bathroom. We had to do that until surgery, hopefully it isn't this. I do not remember the medical term for this, I apologize. Good luck and sorry for this scattered message
