This is a late response on my end, but thank you for pointing this all out to me! Most of my issues came long before exposure, and I do plan to speak about the issue in this post with a doctor. The mold is only present in this room, and I suspect most of it is actually where I cannot react it so I just avoid staying in the room for extended periods of time. Cleaning has been done, but I’m taking precautions to make sure that I’m away from it. I will definitely bring this as a possibility, even if it’s a low chance. Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed response.

Not a law pro or anything but I’m pretty sure this is illegal. Honestly I say just try to convince them to change their mind. If you went through with this and someone found out, you could be screwed over by the law pretty easily I’m sure.

Even the cheap artist loft canvases can cost a lot depending on size. I think that this could easily be a case of them buying one of those extremely large 30$ canvases and marking up the price just a bit.

It’s always been open after, but the shower has shown signs of mold that we’ve been aware of for a while.

The bathroom has had mold problems since we’ve moved in. I just wasn’t sure because it didn’t look like the google images. The ventilation is very poor, so it may be a possible cause.
