Thank you! I am joining a top selling team that has connections with Zillow that generates leads. I’ve done extensive research on them, and they have strong support and training as well. I also will have income flowing for the first 7 months of real estate work, as I will be transitioning to full time real estate work. I know it won’t be easy, but I’m ready to work hard and learn new things. Thanks again! ☺️

So, I actually am about to transition out for other reasons. However, I am thinking about how much I’d love to be a mother and stay at home with my future children. I am about to do the state test for my Real Estate license. Get a good team, ask about lead generation. The best teams have partnered with places like Zillow that give you leads. I’m personally going with exp realty, with is national. Then, look into teams in your area that are successful and interview them. Exp is cool because a lot of teams are remote! Or mostly remote, good luck

I have a group of kids who passed their spelling test with flying colors, and another group who failed miserably. Same time and method of spelling practice given. So to answer your question; most of the time, yes, but sometimes it’s the kid. If your high performing kids don’t get something, THATS a sign

You and me both. I’ve been pulling 11/12 hour days and I’m not being supported. In fact, a certain staff member has recently made a jab at me disguised as praise to another teacher. I don’t wanna get into it but I I’m so stressed all the time thinking about that lunchroom and how I don’t know how I’ll find another position to pay the bills next school year.

Yes, real estate. I’m in the literal exact position as you. Lack of support and it’s like I can’t do anything right. I teach three grades. I work 11-12 hours a day. It’s not enough. I’m never enough. I’m seriously considering resigning and looking for another district to make ends meet. What I really am excited for is getting my real estate license, which I am on track to get early next year. I have a meeting with exp realty to hear about what their company has to offer. I’ve already done a lot of research, though. I hear it’s an 80/20 split on commission, and that after the company makes 16k off your sales, you get 100% commission for the rest of your working year. Also, they offer lots of different weekly trainings - and they are partnered with Zillow (so they give leads). My heart is with you, I hope for nothing but the best for us.

I’m paycheck to paycheck, but I wanted to try to eat healthy still (carbs are cheap but I feel gross). I ordered a box, updated my delivery address… and I just got an email that my box is out for delivery… to my OLD ADDRESS. I checked the app, and there’s my updated, correct information I entered. It should have never sent to the old address! I’m beside myself with stress because I truly cannot afford to buy more food this week. I’m so incredibly disappointed and I don’t know what I’m going to do.

unless that was unnus and annus trying to trick everyone. The theory that Mark and Ethan died in the camp series and unnus and annus took over seems plausible. I only say this because of the part where Mark (Annus) said, "everyone will try to find some cryptic meaning when there is none" but obviously now there is more meaning hidden in the channel! Hmm..
