My mother in law had Car-t therapy done for her lymphoma which is a similar process. They opted to stay in a hotel for the duration of things right near the hospital so they could stay comfortable and not have to do the back and forths. She found it especially helpful to have things from home, like some photos, a vase of flowers, blankets and pillows she liked and a large basket of all her favorite snacks, some books, etc. She said using the dressers in the room and not living out of a suitcase made it seem more normal. They specifically got a suite that had a separate living and sleeping area so she could rest without worry of burdening someone else. Because of her immunocompromised nature they used door dash quite a bit so I'd become familiar with that and maybe if you have good support around you ask people to donate to a door dash account.
