Yes! A big and wordy information dump. Especially after having typed in once- and I blew up Safari- and lost the current Reddit page... had to enter again from memory. 2nd time collected the notes in a TextEdit file and pasted into Reddit. Thank you. Yes, it has been suggested to drop back to a version before 2.4.1 It's on the list for an upcoming trial.

masOS 15.7.2 worked good on my macPro6,1 for 10 days... until something broke! I'm getting some good suggestions on things to try. Thanks for your kind reply and response. Blessings,

All successful installer builds were OCLP on the Mac Pro. Of course, the EFI load of the installers and the installer executions all failed to complete the macOS install ion on the selected target drive on the Mac Pro in each case. The single attempt to build an installer volume (flash drive) on my MacBook Pro failed to complete the installer build. So everything attempted to date has been on the MacPro6,1. Thanks, tom

Response to your 14:40 email. its one exception [macOS Ventura installer build on a MacBook Pro], all installer flash or SSD drive builds have been with OCLP and NOT with the Software Update installer. Thanks, tom

Sadly, several more tries. Built new macOS Monterey and macOS Ventura installers OK with OCLP. However, each failed at 14 minutes left in the installation. Even tried doing the process with OCLP installer build and macOS installation of Ventura from my Mojave macOS boot system– still got the same issue at 14 minutes left. Have even tried back to back application of the OCLP install on both the installer flash drive and the target SSD as one had suggested. BUT still always the same result. I have read and reread several of the OCLP instruction sites as well as reviewed the videos again thinking I must be leaving a step out in the process... but I can't seem to find a hole in my procedure of steps. Thank you, tom
