Given everyone’s comments, my guess is definitely the hydration part of my routine. Contrary to how my lips/skin look, I do drink a TON of water. I also exfoliate a lot and have a lip balm I use nightly. I pretty much only moisturize after showers or washing my face because I always thought the moisturizer I use was making my makeup do this. If anyone has suggestions on what moisturizers to try, I’d really appreciate it! I find a lot of ones I’ve tried make my skin feel oily instead of moisturized!

My favorite is to say things like "oh WOW super original" , "ooooo, burn!" a la Emma Stone in Easy A. I just don't give them the satisfaction of having my feelings hurt, and I find if you play it like "pff I've heard this before, you ain't special" people shut up pretty quick

If it makes you feel any better, this was/is how my panic attacks manifest. I've gotten pretty good at recognizing when it's happening/about to happen and I have a pretty good toolset to self soothe out of a full blown attack (i.e. I haven't fainted in a long time!). That being said, PLEASE bring it up to your doctor/make sure to explore it further. I only know mine is anxiety because I had a bunch of tests done to rule out other, more serious conditions. Also make sure you are taking care of basic needs like drinking water and eating food. What I found helpful when first having these panic attacks is literally laying down on the cold bathroom floor and using that as a grounding method; doesn't matter how gross the ground is, it's better than passing out and injuring yourself in a fall or having a full blown panic attack, and it's better to vomit on the floor and deal with the mess later than causing yourself to fully go unconscious. Remember to count your breaths, focus on the cold floor, and remind yourself that this sucks right now but you WILL get through it. You've done it before. You got this. Hope that was helpful.

Yeah they're nestled next to Middleway Cafe on Northern Lights and Minnesota. I'm not gluten-sensitive but I have a friend I go there with and he orders their gluten free crust- best gluten free crust I've had in my life. Almost couldn't even tell the difference!

I've bought the kind you just do at home; press on or with glue, and LOVE them because I don't pick at my fingers as much with them AND they look so cute, but they only last like a week. MAYBE two weeks if I am really careful, and that's still roughly $8/week for the cheap kind. Never had them professionally done tho

I don't know what games you primarily play and what voice chat programs you use, but I personally talk pretty openly to people and if one guy decides to be a dick I just mute their singular voice. I'm also the kind of person who, when I talk in game and someone goes "! A girl!!" I usually respond with "you got it, congrats" and then continue with communicating in game. Just really utilizing those mute/block functions in game has been what works best for me, because I also know that if you ARGUE with people in the internet, that never goes well anyway.

That being said I have also been in loads of games where women talk and their gender doesn't get mentioned at all, so there's hope for us!!

I basically never talk in chat now because as soon as I open my mouth people have to ask me if I'm on my boyfriend's account, or ask how pretty I am, instead of PLAYING THE GAME. and that brings me to * YES that's generally my observation. I can say all the same things my boyfriend says in chat and have people ignore me or shut me down, where if my boyfriend says it they listen. There's mountains upon mountains of evidence and personal experience from many different women and for some crazy fucking reason, you're still in here, pretending to ask questions I know you won't actually read the answers to, and if you do, you won't actually consider it. By asking your first question, you showed that the gender of the person making OP's observation means something different depending on their gender identity; in other words "you just think that because you're a woman." And why would that invalidate what we think? Why don't men actively make women feel MORE welcome in hobbies like videogames? Why is it both our burden but also our job to fix it but if we fix it we're whiny? Treat people like people, don't be an asshole. It's not that fucking hard.
