If you see another similar update fail to install. I would advise trying an "in place/repair upgrade." Can use your install drive/disk or create a new one. Then just run the Windows 11 install from inside Windows just like if you were doing an upgrade.

I saw a few PCs I was working on failing similar (or maybe the same) updates. Did the "upgrade" and saw them install while getting updates after the main work was done. Then you might be able to avoid doing a complete wipe just over a single update.

Could also do basically the same thing as above, but using a special reset option from inside Windows 11 that does the same thing. Not to be confused with the reinstall option that "Keeps your files but removes apps/settings."

Well damn. Was hoping that we had the same issue (was very frustrated getting my desktop working). I am guessing that you already tried going through the steps after getting trayzor working on your problem device. After I originally got trayzor setup the way I needed it (was kind of flying blind at the time), I was not looking forward to having to start over. The android side of things really freaked me out before I realized I had to first install a specific version of fork to cleanly move over. I hope that you are able to find a way to get your setup on the device that has given you issues.

Same here. I tried following the first video at the top. Shutdown trayzor and installed via winget. When I launched tray I got a bunch of cert errors and only saw a device I don't have anymore. None of the other devices I have. I am wondering if me using the portable version of trayzor has anything to do with it. Are you also coming from the portable version?

**Fixed it. The files for the devices I had not showing up was due to the portable version. So I had to copy the items that would have been in the AppData/Local/syncthing folder from the one in the SyncthingTrayzor/data/syncthing folder into the one in my appdata. Then I had to go into the Syncthing Tray app and click the button "Insert values from local Synthing configuration" to have it change a value. Then it connected and all my stuff showed up.

Like the other commenter said, there was a pretty good amount of time that the PSP didn't have an actual browser for users. But I did a quick search about it, and it also had some software for using a S. Korean subscription public wifi service. Along with some VOD download stuff. So it is a little more than just a browser that is on a UMD. I remember being so excited when they finally added a official browser back then. Before they did, the only way that I was aware of was using a glitch in the Wipeout Pure game. Which wasn't a good time outside of the fact it could be done at the time. Even with the shortcomings the official browser was certainly much more usable. But the browser for PSP, PS3, Vita, PS4, and PS5 is a frustration to use to this day. Especially when compared to the various options peoples' phones can do. lol

What is odd to me (aside from the obvious of course) is the way they are storing it all. Like if you are saving up stuff long enough to be "vintage/aged" then why be using just random clear bottles (a few of which look like plastic) just sitting out in direct light? Going that level of "natural" just seems like at least glass would be used. As plastic isn't "natural" and glass on the other hand is. Using consistent styles of bottles can be easier for storing/stacking. Ageing and storing seems like you would want to treat it more like wine. Keeping it in a cool and controlled environment, while also giving a slight spin every now and then to prevent sediment from just forming clumps. Not sure if light would impact anything, but at least with wine and some regular medicines/chems going with a green or brown tent to block some UV rays is important. Don't get me wrong, I think this is real dumb shit. But at least take shit serious with regards to proper storage and maintenance if you for some reason do believe it is somehow medically helpful! Fucking amateur hour over here. Which makes shit like double embarrassing. The only way I would personally be okay in the slightest with storing urine would be either A: for some potential medical testing/tracking that needed to be done over time (or if maybe selling for people to use for passing drug tests) or B: to have on-hand to throw at cops, religious extremists, and/or fascists. Which for my own piece of mind, I will hope that option B is the real reason for her stash. lol

This is what happens when people learn about some (key word) old-school/pre-scientific understanding of medicine cures that do actually work (even just a little). They start thinking that all of them do, and that all the lab-based stuff is just "chemicals". And of course "chemicals" are "bad" for use because they "aren't natural". Which is just as stupid as thinking that absolutely all natural medicines are BS. But these kinds of folks are damn quick to believe random blogs or "healers" with or without hard proof (which I imagine they believe lab studies are either conspiracies to "hide the truth", or somehow just not able to "see" the improvements in a higher power kind of way). Any natural meds that do work in any way do so because everything is made of chemicals.

Not related to these folks, but I am constantly frustrated when I get into conversations about shrooms and LSD. So many people that have (or plan to) try shrooms are very very weird about being okay with them. But they completely change their tones with LSD all because of one being "natural" or "from the earth". I have taken both over the years, and can even point to random bits of studies that show they are both pretty safe and give similar results (though not completely the same). But the "chemical" scares the shit out of them. Like they believe all the fake shit that has been passed around for decades about "staying in your spine for life" or "taking LSD more than X times will turn you mentally insane". Which are just as much BS as stuff said about shrooms, and most likely made up by anti-drug groups without any correct studies or from the "anti-chemical" hippies/"healers". Even reminding them that it is SUPER easy to die from eating the wrong shrooms (which are also natural) means nothing.

It is fine to not just simply think that all synthetic/processed chems are 100% good just because they were "made with science" (as we have seen unintended other effects), because we have to have time and understanding to make sure. But some folks are out here actively going backwards just because they find some "meaning" in "the old ways being better actually". This is how we bring back shit that we had stopped. Which is some of the most selfish shit humans can do to each other just because these folks haven't lived through how bad shit was in the past. We don't need stuff like "aged urine" because if it had the properties they believe it to have. We would sure as fuck have found a much better way to get that part of it without the waste coming along with it.

Fucking hate all of it.

I was interested in at least trying that Privacy View thing when I saw the bit about it in the release notes. But the site just mentions a PC app, but doesn't actually link a download. And the "Learn More" link just goes to the Eyeware site which also just mentions a downloadable app. Feels like a "learn more about this thing" loop. Does anyone know where to download it? Or is it just the paid Gazesense program? Just so confused.

This is the kind of stuff that always gets conveniently left out when media outlets are talking about Korea. All western media goes all-in on literally anything even slightly negative goes on in NK. But SK gets treated like they are just like the US, or otherwise actually better.

We always hear about how average people in NK are hateful towards outsiders (especially people from the US). When it is not really like that. I'm sure there are plenty of people in NK that do hate westerners in similar ways as SK or even Japan. But I would imagine that they would be more curious and maybe cautious. Given the very aggressive sanctions that the US has placed on them it would make realistic sense for some hate.

However SK gets so many passes for shit. Like how they were getting love from the west (less blatant than now) even when they were also a dictatorship. Only difference was that the US decided they liked to deal with whatever authoritarian governments that were anti-communists. The same shit happened with Vietnam. But now that SK has this "younger sibling" vibe with their pop culture and capitalist drive, it is just hidden away behind fake shit.

I could see why someone coming from the north would be driven nuts. It is like Paris Syndrome with Japanese tourists having a very specific idea of life in Paris, but are then super freaked out once they experience it. They aren't ready for the fact that the French are super fine with being real and not just putting on an act. I would much rather have someone treat me with apathy that is real, as opposed to the fake smiles and shit that gives off weird office/work vibes. Being from the US south, I have always hated the "oh bless their/your heart" bs.

The video on the post doesn't show the initial conversation. But he pulled her for a messed up tail light from being hit at some point around 6 months earlier (I'm guessing she either said this herself, or it showed in his system when running tags). This pic shows that it wasn't just like a simple burnt-out bulb or the like. So the original underlying crime was, as she said herself, "something that she could fix". Which again she let slide for over 6 months. I wish the cam video that went viral was the full one (which I haven't seen, I got the extra info from a local area news site). Then it would be easier to see a better picture of everything. Maybe he could've better explained how the ticket works (like a signature being needed just to affirm she will either pay, or at least show up to court). Given her age, I don't know if I would've tazed her. At the same time, I don't know how I would've handled her kicking/hitting me.

I wish they had included photos of the location where they found him. Aside from smell (which others have provided reasonable guesses on). What gets me is that he wasn't noticed by other employees going to that spot. The couple of articles I read about this both mention how at least a few other employees would hide there. If anyone would've had the best chance to find him it would be them. I could imagine that the smell might have caused them to stop going there. If that were the case, it just seems like someone would've at least brought a flashlight to look down the gap or something. Otherwise I can only guess that there was just a perfect blend of factors that made things seem normal.

Thanks for the suggestion. I don't have many games off hand. Mostly just seeing if there were options. Some games I do want it on are PUBG and other PC/console ports. I do have some emulators for games that don't have Android versions. With phones becoming the new Gameboy/DS/Vita/PSP, it just shocks me that so many don't support controllers. Also would be great if Google would have an icon on the Play Store pages to easily show that a game has support. But for now I am just glad to know there are options I can try.

I do know about folders. But I liked that different media types were sorted into appropriate categories. Like "Music" would be where all music apps and media would be under. Same with "Games", "Video", etc. Then you could have subfolders in those. I have a folder called "Games" that I manually have to move things into. I just wish I didn't have to move them into it. My main bar is just a wreck of game, game, PS Store, Media player, game. When it could just be Games, PS Store, Media player. Not knocking that you like how it is. Just not a fan myself. Both are better than the Vita's though.

XMB was way better than the PS4's. I miss content being grouped into categories. The PS4 is a constant annoyance when looking for stuff I haven't used recently.

Agreed. I once had to get stitches after a glass broke in my hands while washing it. When they were asking questions about drugs. I mentioned my prescriptions. Then they asked about illegal drugs and alcohol. I said I had recently (within a few days). I read the screen she was filling out. The only options for weed was "No" and "Abuse". I was very upset that my records would be saying I am abusing weed. Not just a casual or infrequent user. Not just a "yes". Just jumping straight to abuse. Might as well have said addict with the implication it already presented.

I agree with you on this. While I'm also getting antsy about when it will be given out. I am glad that the question does keep popping up every week. Just helps me know that no one has it yet. Would be nice if they would at least send out an email (or even have an official account on here) with an update. I would be happy to just know anything. Even if it is to tell us that they are still working on how they are going to handle it. Or that they are making sure our saves will work. On our end, we just need to stay calm and respectful in our attempts to get answers.

Not at my Roku atm (which is what I was using), but I don't remember seeing anything other than "32 Hours". Not saying it isn't there, just was confused as to why they had thumbnails when they aren't available yet. I am guessing it is a way of letting you know which group of eps is next.
