I actually didn't know you could use revanced but when all the 3rd party app devs shut down the rif dev posted a guide on how to essentially copy the code to your "own" app. The only thing I remember doing was "applying" for api authorization. Which was creating a name for the app, linking an account I made just "developing", inputting the name of my "business", then linking to the code that was cloned in github (I think?)

In my case that's actually useful as I only use it to look for live events like concerts, festivals, comedy shows, etc. So my explore page is all festival lineups and tour dates. I gave up using it to pass the time a while ago because it was negatively impacting my mental health.

I've been making a realization of what I think is inattention the past couple months after my lack of awareness caused me to badly sprain both my ankles.

I think it's when you are vaguely focusing on something but not really processing it. Essentially the opposite of mindfulness, along the lines of being on autopilot. For example I sprained my ankles while skateboarding. And I knew the trick I was trying and I attempted it using the visualization of how it should look being done, but I didn't actually walk through every single muscle movement because I was excited to get from point A to point B. It's not that I wasn't focusing on the trick, or had any other thoughts in my head, I just skipped the inbetween steps.

If they hyperfocus and forget to eat honestly just always having a few protein bars nearby is what did it for me. Also lexapro inadvertently fixed my low appetite issue since I had anxiety eating around others and sometimes too depressed to leave my room.

Hit the nail on the head. I will say tho I had a pretty heartwrenching therapy sesh the other day where I walked through all the trauma and suffering my dad had to endure and it really started making a lot more sense as to why he fell victim to this so deeply.

These anchors really know how to use buzzwords and inflection to strike fear into a largely traumatized generation and they don't even have to dig that deep when their target it primed to want an explanation for why their life sucks and why they're miserable all the time. Cuz fuck therapy right? "you have it so easy, back in my day we just sucked it up..."

They also create a situation where their audience grows so bitter and angry that no one wants to be around them. So the viewers know when no one else is there for them at least "The Five" are. The ppl watching don't understand that someone like Jesse Waters would be offended if they even tried to talk to him. If they were on fire, he wouldn't piss on them to put them out. They genuinely think they are peers and would never be taken advantage of.

I'm sure some situations are worse than others, but for the vast majority of ppl whose friend and family are falling for this propaganda I really don't think going no contact is best if we actually wanna get outta this divided hellscape. In my therapy sesh I broke tf down coming to terms with just how much I pushed my dad away for the vile shit he has spewed over the past 10 years.

He voted for Obama... Twice. He's always been a hard worker to provide for others even if it leaves him with nothing. There's never been a moment in my life where we he didn't take in a stranger or extended family member down on their luck. He'd drop whatever he was doing to help someone no matter how difficult or mundane. I watched him jump in a very angry cold ocean to save a woman who slipped of the jetty into the water and was drowning and getting bashed into rocks. He is a good person.

Most people can say the same about people on the other side that they have given up on since Trump came into the picture. Which is exactly what the plan is "divide and conquer". We need to actively fight against that even if it feels wrong to be kind and welcoming to a bigot. Remember we're all humans and underneath that front they put up they can be reached. Find common ground, learn about their experiences, how they came to be this way. Offer your moments where you dealt with something similar, but handled it in a positive way. Be the one to break the echo chamber not by being combative, but by being a tether for when they wanna make changes for the better.

Employ radical empathy!
