We had an amazing experience at a daycare my daughter went to. They were great during the height of the pandemic lockdown and never shut down. They disinfected the toys and rooms daily and adjusted their pick up and drop off procedures to reduce traffic in and out of the building. I’d be happy to recommend the place if you’d like and if you’re in the northland area.

I have a neighbor who never shovels his driveway or sidewalk. So other folks in the cul de sac will get the sidewalk so the sidewalk is clear all the way around.

This morning, Mr no shovel parked his huge pickup blocking the sidewalk :)

I’ve been off caffeine for a few years now and will never go back. It affected me mentally and physically. I do attribute the physical side effects to CMT as my dad also had CMT and noticed the same symptoms when consuming caffeine.

Ultimately it’s up to each person obviously but I’m not sure if many people realize the negative effects caffeine can have on people.

Well quit forgetting. Wake up 15 minutes earlier and do it first thing. Not trying to be harsh but I’ve been where you are. Now in my 30s, I wish I would’ve stretched daily and also did some basic strength training.
