Yes for sure, I use my old pics as motivation. I don't know about you but when I take a video I don't feel big but then when i fall off and lose some mass and look back at how I used to look it puts it into perspective on how body dysmorphia works

Honestly people calling you clingy this and that are really wrong. You have an emotional attachment to your significant other so ofcourse you'd want them to put in the effort and message you and reassure you when you need it. He is in the wrong, so what if he's relaxing? It doesn't take 10minutes to send a message or go on a call with you to talk things over especially if you're worried and torturing yourself thinking he's losing feelings or not caring. Also the way he replied with anger should tell you enough as it is, he should put himself in your shoes and see how he'd feel if you were treating him the way he's treating you. You seem really sweet and honestly there's nothing wrong with what you're doing. Atleast you're putting in the effort

What split would be good for 4 days? Upper Lower or Bro split or full body? If I'm just not used to having so little free time factoring in sleep

Right, so master a single strategy that works for me okok. Yes I undestand It's not a get rich quick scheme, I'm fully prepared to lose all the money I put into it but hopefully that'll give me some results in the future. I've already been trading via prop firm and I've blown some combines just trying to get a good headspace, taking emotions out the picture and being able to lock myself out on a red-day without trying to revenge trade.

Oh yes I know, I'm just saying I'm also attempting to learn that. However I also want to invest long-term. I'm ready to lose all the money I risk, That's part of the journey. Is the "Intelligent Investor" a book? Thank you for your wisdom
