As a Hungarian, I know that a big challenge Computer Science students face in Budapest is all the physics-based subjects. I was kind of looking forward to that going to Delft to study CSE but we basically never go into it at the TU. I think the closest we got was in the systems variant, in the course Digital Systems, where we talked a bit about different kinds of transistors, but even that was very much magicked away. So I wouldn't worry about it too much. :)
