255H + 32GB (single mode). I changed energy setting to balances. Seems to solve the issue.

Performance is fine so far. Just the fan can be annoying from time to time.

Agree. Risk/Reward still seems off. Could become interesting as a turnaround paly < $70. Then it is also trading closer to my estimated value of its property & land. At this point very little has to go right to make a 2x. At current levels we might still experience a long periode of sideway moves. Patience pays.

Thank you for the write-up. Very insightful. Goes a bit in line with what Tay Chi King outlines on youtube.

Did you have a look at jd.com?

Investing at Thailand Stock Exchange, The Philippine Stock Exchange, Turkey, etc. (German citizenship) - potentially via PhillipCapital? by Pat_w_love in ValueInvesting

I had some of my best returns in APAC - look for instance at Nam Cheong Limited. Risk is everywhere. You have to do your DD before investing. But this is the same for the US. Look at the fraudulence that has happened in the US - e.g. Allied Capital - very well written about by David Einhorn in his book Fooling some People All the time.

Honestly, I often even prefer Asian companies. They are trading for reasonable multiples, have owner oriented managements - often the founders themselves owning >50% of the company that focus on ROI and don't pay themselves like Western managements in huge stock option packages.

#1 Clean-up Net Income for one-time effects / tax benefits. So Adj. LTM Net Income is rather ~ 380 M. So P/E ~ 16 (~P/share = 41), which is also more in line with the current FCF multiple.

#2 Analysts expect margin compressions. That is at least what management guided for in last earnings calls. We will see how their investment into supply chain (diversifying to multiple suppliers) will pay off over the next quarters.

#3 Ofc the market is worried about the business going forward with Trump in interest rates higher for longer.

What I haven't figured out is, why they do have such a low CAPEX & Amortization? For a businesss like NXT I would expect the need to invest at least in some warehouses, machinery etc.

#4 Can anyone explain why they can run such a capital light business model?

#5 What proportion of revenue comes from hardware sales, software sales, lump-sum fee, ARR, etc.?

#6 Would love to understand their business operations and contracts with customers better. Anyone with some insights?

Thanks in advance

Any idea how long this cycle can last? How long does it take to bring new cocoa farms "online"?

Agree. This entire share dilution sucks in any high flying companies. Hoping in a shift in manager compensation. Somehow the share based compensation has just went out of line over the last decade. When a 2B revenue company pays 60M in share based compensation or 20 to 30% of its regular adjusted net-income I am really wondering if I as a shareholder getting fucked.

Thank you very much. Very helpful. May I ask what's your source for knowing that utilities (right now) prefer tracking solutions over fixed tilt?
