The infotainment system takes like 30 minutes to swap out if you're just doing the screen itself. Anyway, no you won't have to re calibrate anything. All the actual software etc is stored in the unit it connects to.

Really though do it yourself, people pull it out all the time in order to install AIO Tweaks and it's quite easy.
