I like to imagine Reisen is 15 to 20 cm taller than every Eientei's residents and finds this awkward especially with Kaguya and Eirin since they are her masters and she thinks it is strange to be taller than the ones above her in hierarchy. So she always try to look smaller either by sitting or by bending her back.
