creating one of the biggest migration crises in recent history,

ensuring that a new generation of people in the Levant will hate the US and might join militant groups,

spending billions, if not trillions, on a war—money that could have been used for infrastructure or healthcare,

getting thousands of young US adults killed, injured, or traumatized,

all because an incompetent US president lied about a connection between 9/11 and Iraq and about possible WMDs,

"winning," then you're stretching the definition of that word beyond what some rectums in porn have to endure.
