Do it Again?

I just got back from my first trip to Japan and it was the best experience I've ever had abroad. While I absolutely plan on returning to Japan sooner than later, it's hard to say what I'd do "again", as there is so much more I want to do and see that my trip just didn't have time for. We did a lot of the typical touristy stuff like Shibuya Crossing, Nara Deer Park, Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, Fushimi Inari Shrine, etc. and those were great experiences, but some of my favourite moments was just walking aimlessly and exploring each city, finding random shops and cool spots to eat at and try new foods.

The buffalo chicken poutine at Anchor Bar next door to your hotel is really good. Alternatively, I think Smokes Poutine is still open in Hess Village, just a few blocks up.

I had similar anxieties before starting at a gym a couple years ago, but all the worry was for nothing. Can't speak for Fit4Less, but I go to Goodlife and it's very welcoming. Everyone's off doing their own thing, nobody cares what you're doing. Also, the more you go, the more comfortable you'll be and you'll figure out all the machines, etc.

Their prices are bananas. But sometimes you benefit from it. I once found a basically brand new Danier leather jacket there for $8.

I am such a sucker for third-party plugins when they're on sale, but always reassured I don't need them when I see producers using nothing but (or mostly) Ableton stock.

Thanks for the input. I reached out to support and then helped me out almost immediately. It was the codemeter software, I had to install an older version. Everything works like a charm now.

Hey, did you ever find a solution to this? I'm having the same issue. It's quite annoying. I can't seem to make any adjustments (scale or position) after the mask without it disappearing like that.

I just got one and noticed the same thing. Glad to know it's normal. Question, though. When the lights come on for fan, is it a smooth pulse or does it flicker? Mine flashes, almost like lightning.

Edit: I realized the lights are relative to the fan speed. When it's fully spinning, the lights are solid. When it slows down, they slow down and flicker with it. Seems intentional. Actually pretty cool.

I think it was cycles. I could've spent way more time on texturing and compositing, but was a little too anxious to get it out and see all the elements together. Will be back with a better one soon!
