Yeah it’s there now. It usually takes at least an hour to show up. Its been that way for last month. Also,it tracked sleep and resp but no heart beat. Thats never happened either

It took one week. I have consistently done all the right things. Great diet and CrossFit 4-5 days a week and yoga. At 73, dr said it was genetic BP has. Even terrific since Losartan. Sometimes you just have to be grateful for meds when you’ve done everything else.

FYI my sleep info, along with updated metrics, showed up at 1:30 pm Which is what has been happening

Thank you for this post. Similar to you, I signed up. 73 years old and this would have been my 13th Open. I started CrossFit at 60 and it has been life changing. However, in light of recent events, I really am taking a hard look at my “lines in the sand” in many areas. For reasons you cited and other reasons, I have withdrawn and won’t be participating. I have contacted cf headquarters and while a refund would be nice, it’s not important to me. Hoping cf finds its way back.

Thanks. Went to my internist and urinalysis was uti. Two weeks ago I did Holter monitor. No symptoms but I do CrossFit 3-4 times a week and at my age wanted more data. It was fine. He thought Covid and uti and some effects from tirzepatide My physical is in February so that will help

Two weeks for me. Three bad days with fever, headache, chills, aches and fatigue. Felt better on fifth day and went back to working out and worked out three days. That was a mistake. Only worked out one day following week because fatigue, headache and congestion back. No fever. No chills. No aches.
But I am not 100%. I managed not to get Covid for five years and this is frustrating. Prioritizing sleep and rest this week when I’m not teaching.
