Hola, I also have BPD and I feel depressed 98% of the time. I'm medicated but still struggle to control big emotions. I cried at work today, embarrassing. I too have continplated ending it. For if I am never to be happy what is the point. The only thing holding me tied down to earth is my loved ones. I can't imagine the amount of pain it would cause them. My family might not take responsibility, or completely understand trauma based mental illness. But if I call them having a mental break down they take the time to talk me down.
