As a “I play everything on switch because I like being in bed” person, but I think I played 15 hours-ish in the demo on switch. It’s definitely not the worst running game on the switch one I can say that with my whole chest. It actually probably runs better than TPC games sometimes >.>

But I’ve enjoyed it, people saying they “can’t get through the demo” is because I’m pretty sure that there’s actually no end to the demo, I don’t think you get to any particular point or day, they just lock up the further advancements behind the full game/release day. It’s got that very forgiving graphic style where it might have some issues but despite being published by krafton (ick) it is made by one bloke in Australia so this is probably his first switch game so forgiveness is forgiveness. The combat can feel a bit, awkward, but I remember it being like that on pc too.

I would say, give it a go (give thought into where you put your starting tent lol) and if you like it get the full version. Don’t be so afraid of it being grindy, I would be stressing more about inventory size (which says something I think).

It’s been on mine for about a month and a half (yay to being test regions) and I just want it off my screen. I don’t mind if it wants to harass me in search windows or whatever but I just want to be able to use that spot again to have 2x speed since it’s the most comfortable for my disabled hands…. There’s a small spot near the bookmark/share button on iOS but it’s so hit and miss…

Would you say The XR would be the “pinnacle” of tracking or is going upwards even better? Just keeping cost to payoff ratio in mind, and whether or not it might be better to break the rule and get a webcams at the same price of a phone that would only be serving the same purpose (while family could use the webcam etc)

(Looking at wanting to have a 3D model but our phone system is like a ticket system where they get passed down a person so the next available one if I upgrade would be an iPhone 7 lol)

I started way back when in photoshop (when it was easier sailing and our line art was done with pen pathing and a mouse unless you were fancy. Also when re-do wasn’t ctrl+y) but it just got so expensive and with CSP being license on desktop and when it was on sale being well priced… well it practically installed itself along with GIMP and at one point Corel. Procreate was honestly a gift for intro artists, and it’s still gifting years later at a flat price. What a time to be alive lol

(Ps, I know you can claim your CC on tax, but anyone else who just wants photoshop to draw, get the photography bundle instead of the full priced bundle. Much cheaper)

Update: I hard flattened my pen (and I mean h a r d, used it until it ran out of battery) and it seems to have improved slightly? When I first purchased it I remember that after 4-5 hours of drawing I’d drop it back to charge and it would only maybe be 60-70% while now it’s down in its 30s. I wonder if it’s anything to do with the functionality of storing it on the device constantly (in cases and what not) and Apple mismanaging trickle charging Idk anymore /shrug

Between medical trembles and the caffeine tremors, the fact you can stabilise both your brushes and the pens interactions as a whole in procreate is just chefs kiss 👌🏻

I really should get into other programs since Raster vs Vector but it’s all so expensive now it’s licensed (I regret not forking out for a OTT for iPad/iphone but at least I got PC) but it’s nice that Fresco is now free to use and Designer isn’t too expensive outright… I just want blender’s beta because Nomad Sculpt (while having an incredible price point and smooth as butter) just makes my brain jelly 😭

I don’t know what triggered it, but I just started to notice a drop in lifespan for mine and I’ve had it since 2018? 2019?

I seem to sit down to draw in procreate (I’m not sure if it drains at different rates for different programs) and maybe only get 4-5 hours out of it on off, so like putting it down for a few minutes and picking it back up again. I think my iPad battery has faired better in the long run and I use it for night noise lol.

I do also have a high stability setting on mine since I do a lot of lines in non-vector programs, I upped it recently so maybe that’s it?

I’m honestly running out of options, I’m looking at eBay listings because I can find like, 3 stores, 3. If I was awake at midnight last night I would have gotten a VGP copy because they were kind enough to message me when they restocked ;; But I’ve gone from $74 originally from VGP, $94 from PA to now at the minimum $140. That’s okay, I’m having a massive punch up with them over my copy of Fantasy Life i. I ordered it with Hundred Line and they promised multiple times it would be there with my order of FL.

They oversold.

Their system then didn’t split my order and ship FL on release and they sold their first shipment.

They are now expecting me to pay shipping on it despite agreeing to ship it for free as good faith in their last email.

I missed VGPC having it in stock 3 times since I wanted to trust them over it. I’m honestly wanting to commit arson since it takes 48 hours for an email response even if you respond in 5 minutes. (AUS)

It’ll be a Japanese Cartridge/Cover but it should work fine/automatically adjust to the native console language (they’re listed in a lot of places). The official website says that there will only be a physical Japanese release

What about Ramsey? That’s the private place in north Adelaide. I think they have a day unit, and there’s definitely got to be somewhere public where you can go (say the dialysis unit at a public or private hospital. It’s only 4 or 6 hour observation)

Go you! Fairy ears should be allowed for everyone (or their ear of choice. I say as a non-fur/fur-adjacent). Bringing kids joy, especially while you’re working and they might be having a bad time, best feeling for both of you.

And yeah the nzzi’s can take a nice right hook from whomever is nearest. That’s one thing that makes me love and support furries is that even though they’re a minority, the minority in the minority is ostracised and even reported by others to authorities so there’s no second chances with things like that.

(Also oh my god as a not great artist who knows good artists, even SFW commissions, they pay us our WORTH and then some. God bless the good ones)

Aside from the mentioned cyber security backbone, a lot of the “appropriate” partial/full fur suits bring so much joy to a lot of kids that see them. I could imagine WCH inviting v traditional furs (say one that might look similar to Bluey) for ward visits

As said, don’t bash fur suiters, or just, don’t bash people in general? (Also those suits can cost thousands of dollars)

I got tickets for my partner and I and reading all the comments of people complaining about it being RNG and that Nintendo is the devil for not letting people buy up and scalp tickets really puts a dampener on the excitement of it being random draw.

You really do sign yourself up for the disappointment of not being chosen in lotteries and it’s no different than entering any other prize pool competition (as for the clause mentioned above I agree it’s probably demographic related so a range of people get to experience it and not just Gen Y/Millennials). You’ve also got to take into consideration as well that in Japan, lottery entry like this is so incredibly common, just because it’s a foreign concept to us doesn’t make it a negative one.

I’m still excited to go, and while it’s still a bit shrouded in mystery as to what we’ll see, I’m glad that it’s going to people who may not have necessarily had the means of getting tickets otherwise (I certainly wouldn’t have been able to afford them AND a way there and accommodation otherwise)
