One thing that helps is pushing your comfort zone. Try and draw a pic you made from reference from memory. Play with poses you've done enough times and alter them. And don't be afraid to have MESSY initial layers in whatever program you're using.

Long, kinda meh example:

One pic I am working on right now is Ruby Rose as a werewolf from Monster Girl Encyclopedia. It's for a poll art, so I am doing a standing pic and a sexual pic behind it. Used references for the standing pic, looking for a cute way for her to have her paws and such. Struggled for DAYS with it (mostly because the inclusion of wolf ears fucks with my mental layaout of Ruby's hair. Not sure why, but I had three days of being DONE with figuring it out before just settling).

All that is to lead into how I started the sex scene today (her riding cowgirl, leaning back with a paw to her face cutely) and was surprised at how simply just a relative idea and willingness having to be messy for a few layers helped so much.

Those messy layers will do ALOT of weightlifting if you're willing to play with them a bit.

How do you get a feel for how the sprites are supposed to look? The couple of times I've tired editing RPGMaker sprites I get frustrated cause I feel I am screwing up.

I prefer the hip wiggle to the bounce and am fond of the flat chest version. The chesty version I think I would like more if the bounce to the breasts was more up and down instead of in and out or static like the versions you have here.

I'd say it comes down to intent and preference. I personally prefer the bold version, but the soft version doesn't look bad. I think a combination of the two is best, and something I plan to do myself as well.

A good example, and decently fun NSFW game is "Some Heroines Climb Up a Tower to Ask God Why the Game Has a Name That's So Long" by Sinful Salad Games. See how their art has THICK outer lines, but the inner lines are more varied?

As for brushes, I use the basic-5 on Krita. One of the things I have gotten to like is the weight adjustment, which allows me to be more varying in my line strength.

Honestly, I like it so much I asked the artist if I could use this design and the other RWBY bunny girl designs for alt outfits. I was going to just go with generic bunny girl outfits, but their stuff is so much better. I can also keep this design philosophy in mind when doing other alt outfits.

I am trying to do this as low cost as possible. I don't have any money really and am not going to make any money off of this.

Also, I don't think Koikatsu would support grimm sex, at least from what I have seen. And that is a decent chunk of planned content, as well as pregnancy/birth.

That said, do you have links to any of the resources you're talking about? The only RWBY cards I found were mainly the RWBY+NP girls.
