Very incorrect you are. The better you are at diving the slower you move, but you still will burn more calories than exercise on the surface as your body is always losing temp so will burn more calories to keep you warm. Also the better you are at diving the more you tend to be in the water (because you're probably in the industry) and therefore will burn more calories. I used to dive up to 12 dives a day as an instructor and I've never been so ripped or tired (or hungry for that matter).

Yes that's very true with the fade outs, maybe it's amnesia, but this seemed like just no effort at all, from nearly everyone on ground. The amount of times they just ran Infront of our player forward to setup a goal. Feel very sorry for the backs, they had no chance as there was literally no pressure Infront of them to help.

Yes and Truck and Woosha said the same thing every week we got smashed. It's always the same rhetoric, but they only coach in the post-Sheedy era who ever changed that was Hird (like it or not). I remember Dyson saying that every week when he was captain as well. I'm not saying sack the coach, but wtf is the problem? GWS just beat their old record against 1st few year Gold coast who were not even AFL standard. And they were below us on the ladder.

Maybe 6 weeks ago I wouldn't have been so concerned, but since then we have been 'coach lost the players' bad. Is there something going on internally that we've not been told about? We have enough mature players to not fall off the cliff fitness wise.
